Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Technidol Liquid Developer Box of 6 PacketsCustomer Review: Get It While You Can Summary: 5 Stars
I still have Kodak's Technical Pan, the wonderful high-contrast, ultra-fine grain film. Technidol is Kodak's low-contrast developer for it, packaged in very handy liquid packets. Each makes 8oz--enough for one roll of 35mm film in most small tanks. The liquid makes it very easy to mix--no annoying dust in the air while you're mixing.
The alternative is finding another packaged developer (Photographer's Formulary has one) or making your own from scratch (Anchell's wonderful THE DARKROOM COOKBOOK has three recipes), which requires an investment in bulk chemicals like Phenidone (which isn't cheap).
