I would highly recommend this battery. I had gone through several different types of rechargeables and none of them worked good enough.. At best I would get about 30-40 photos out of our Kodak Easyshare Z1485IS. It got so frustrating that I was just about to look for another camera. I contacted Kodak for a last chance, and they turned me on to this battery. On the bottom of the camera itself it recommended this type of battery, but I overlooked that. I charged the batteries in about 2-3 hours as stated. As I put the batteries in the camera I was very skeptical. My family shot over 300 photos on one charge, plus a small video in High Def. I was extremely blown away by the performance. I paid around $20.00 for the battery, charger, and shipping.. IF you have had trouble with your cameras batteries first look at where the batteries are installed.. then search on Amazon for that correct type of battery. I had no idea that batteries could make that much of a difference.. Save your self some pain and check out what battery you need and stop messing with rechargeables. I think cameras need more than that nowadays..
